For wholesalers and distributors with a Prowell account, you can order by check, wire transfer, or with a corporate purchase order. Please note that orders shipped within USA will be charged sales tax. Any orders shipped to Canada and USA are subject to import duties.

Occasionally we make special discounts or coupons available, these may be redeemed by entering the discount code in the provided space during the online checkout process. Coupons and discounts have expiration dates and special requirements that must be met for the discount to be valid.
- MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS, LOST ORDERS

Please contact us immediately if any items in your order are missing, damaged, or if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window. We can not replace lost orders that someone else receives on your behalf (drop shipments).

We ship to all 50 US states including APO/FPO addresses and to Canada using DHL/UPS/FedEx and USPS. We’re committed to in 30 days shipping on orders received Monday – Friday before 3 pm CST. Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

please note that the following SPL led lighting products will not be accepted for return:
Custom-cut items, such as segments of LED strip lights
Discontinued or special order items
Products modified from their original condition
Open units, units that require repackaging, or units in an unsuitable resale condition
Closeout, re-manufactured or refurbished products
All returns must be sent in with a Return Materials Authorization form and number provided by a SPL representative. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA # – PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER BOX.
If you purchased the product from a retail location, please do not send your purchase back to SPL. The return will be handled by the store your purchased from.
All returns must be returned in original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by the original packing material, manuals, and any other accessories provided with the original delivery. All returns must be securely packaged, prepaid and shipped via a secure carrier or personally delivered to our office. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. SPL is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to us. No returns will be accepted without prior approval, and the issuance of an RMA return code by SPL. A customer can request a return by email, by calling SPL customer service, or through their sales representative. The return code must be referenced in the package of any returned product.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping, handling fees and customs fees/import duties are not refundable for any reason.
Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will not be issued until the return item has been received and inspected by SPL.
Refunds for purchases made by credit card can only be credited to the original card used to make the purchase or by a refund check.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The Warranty Period for Goods purchased from SPL is 3 years from the date of purchase.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY POLICY NOT COVER?
Damage of a product resulting from negligence
Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
Damage caused by natural disaster
Theft or loss of the product

SPL warrants that the Products and Services are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery to the end user. Warranties do not extend beyond the original end user. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS ARE LIMITED TO THE SAME PERIOD.
Claimant must furnish proof of date of purchase.
SPL will provide replacement Products, or may opt to reimburse the purchase price if product replacement is infeasible.
SPL’s sole liability with respect to any defect shall be for the replacement of the defective Products. No one is authorized to make any other warranties on behalf of SPL, or modify this warranty, except in a separate written paper document under signature of a corporate officer of Prowell incorporated in the State of Florida.
SPL will not be liable for repairing damages or failures caused by acts of God, abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed by SPL, abnormal usage, or any other use or application for which the Products are not intended.
The foregoing shall constitute SPL sole warranty and sole liability, and is in lieu of any other warranties whether written, oral, implied, or statutory.
COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO LOSS OF PROPERTY, REVENUES, LIFE OR LIMB, PERSONAL INJURY, AND CLAIMANTâS REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING GOODS OR SERVICES.
