RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS – RESTOCKING FEE WORTH 20% OF THE ITEM PURCHASE PRICE
RETURNS WITHIN 31-90 DAYS – RESTOCKING FEE WORTH 40% OF THE ITEM PURCHASE PRICE
RETURNS AFTER 91 DAYS NOT ACCEPTED

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING PROWELL LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN:
Custom-cut items, such as segments of LED strip lights
Discontinued or special order items
Products modified from their original condition
Open units, units that require repackaging, or units in an unsuitable resale condition
Closeout, re-manufactured or refurbished products

All returns must be sent in with a Return Materials Authorization form and number provided by a SPL representative. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA # – PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER BOX.

If you purchased the product from a retail location, please do not send your purchase back to SPL. The return will be handled by the store your purchased from.

All returns must be returned in original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by the original packing material, manuals, and any other accessories provided with the original delivery.All returns must be securely packaged, prepaid and shipped via a secure carrier or personally delivered to our office. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. SPL is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to us. No returns will be accepted without prior approval, and the issuance of an RMA return code by SPL. A customer can request a return by email, by calling SPL customer service, or through their sales representative. The return code must be referenced in the package of any returned product.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping, handling fees and customs fees/import duties are not refundable for any reason.

Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will not be issued until the return item has been received and inspected by SPl.

Refunds for purchases made by credit card can only be credited to the original card used to make the purchase or by a refund check.
