The PQ2614 uses A flat wire winding design to provide ultra-low DC and AC resistances and high saturation currents in excess of 100 A. Flat wire winding design also provides light, small, efficient inductance solutions. These features make the new inductor products ideal for automotive power conversion, as well as DC/DC converters, switching power supplies and filtration applications in consumer, industrial, medical and communications electronics. These inductors feature a ferrite core structure with low power consumption and low iron loss, significantly increasing the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters. In addition, these devices are mounted on the plastic bottom of the pad, improving mechanical stability. The series is suitable for a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +155 °C with inductance values ranging from 1 to 33 µH.
