MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS, LOST ORDERS
Please contact us immediately if any items in your order are missing, damaged, or if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window. We can not replace lost orders that someone else receives on your behalf (drop shipments).
SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 US states including APO/FPO addresses and to Canada using DHL/UPS/FedEx and USPS. We’re committed to in 30 days shipping on orders received Monday – Friday before 3 pm CST. Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada.
